Let’s kick off the holiday season with old fashioned Peanut butter fudge using @tramontinausa 5 Qt All in one plus pan. This was my great grandma’s fudge recipe and it’s a tradition to make it every single year. The all-in-one plus pan works great for holiday recipes, it’s ceramic non stick so for sugary sticky recipes this is a must!

On medium low heat, add butter, sugar and evaporated milk to the Tramontina 5Qt All in one plus pan. Stir to combine everything together. Continue to frequently stir, and allow liquid to simmer. Using a candy thermometer allow the mixture to reach 115C or 237-239F this is known as the soft ball stage. Turn off the heat. Mix in vanilla extract, peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Once fully incorporated add the fudge mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Allow the fudge to set and cool. Once cooled for 10 minutes slice the fudge into pieces. Allow to fully cool before taking out of the pan. Serve and Enjoy
